Session Hat

$10.00

Session beers are what I would call a porch beer — quaffable but tasty. Easy to drink with a less than 5% ABV (alcohol by volume), you can have several over the course of a lazy afternoon and not get drunk. However, these beers also must offer more enough flavor to keep things interesting.

There’s not any one style of beer that can be called a session beer, but given the requirement of low ABV, you’re more likely to see wheat beers, lagers, IPAs, fruit beers, brown ales…well, nearly everything except the really potent aged beers, strong beers, Russian imperial stouts, or barley wines.

The Session Hat is worked as alternating stockinette and Cluster stitch panels — the easy mixed with tasty. Enjoy!
