Heather Anderson

I was inspired to learn to knit after my daughter received a hand-knit hat from a hospital volunteer when she was a baby. Several years later, my New Year’s resolution of 2006 was quickly accomplished when my friend, Karen, taught me to knit on New Year’s Day!

Knitting has changed my life in so many ways. I love learning new things, and there is always something new to learn as a knitter. I’m lucky enough now to be teaching knitting at Spinning Yarns in Dover, NH and the Main Street Makery in Durham, NH! I love the variety of projects that I can learn about from all of the women that take classes.
